#pg70pit is a unique pitch contest where authors submit the 70th page of their completed manuscript for a chance at representation. Age categories include MG, YA, NA, and Adult. Any genre except erotica is accepted. This year’s hashtag is #70pit17.
Submit your book’s 70th page (or 69th page) to enter the contest. Seventy winners will be chosen in each age category by lottery. These winners go on to the judging round, where judges select the 7 best in each category based on aggregate scores from all judges. These 7 will then move on to the agent round!
To increase your odds, you can also join a week-long Twitter “pitch party” where the seven most-retweeted pitches in each category also move on to the next round with the lottery winners.
