The Western Australia Premier Awards (AUS: Western) is for works of prose, poetry, or creative nonfiction of typical length by any author residing in Western Australia. Prize is up to A$60,000 and publication. There are multiple categories, including books for children 0-12 years, for indigenous authors, and for first time published authors.
