ENDING: SmokeLong Flash Fellowship

The SmokeLong Flash Fellowship is for three samples of flash fiction of up to 1000 words each by any author without a book-length publication. Prize is $1000 and publication in each issue of SmokeLong for the year. There is an $8 application fee that will be waived for those unable to afford it.
