The RWL Short Story Contest for Young People is for flash fiction or nonfiction of 100-500 words by authors aged 10-16. Prize is £50 GBP with web publication. Please note that this contest requires you to post your story online which constitutes automatic public publication, which may limit your ability to enter it in contests again in the future.
