ENDING: Delaware Artists Grants (USA: Delaware)

The Delaware Artists Grants are for Delaware writers of poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. College students are ineligible. Submit 15-20 pages of work. Several fellowships of $6000 and $3000 are available.
