The CINTAS Creative Writing Fellowship (Cuba/Cuban) is for novel excerpts, short stories, plays, or poems of up to 25 pages by any Cuban author (including those of direct Cuban lineage; need not reside in Cuba). Prize is a $20,000 fellowship.
