ENDING: Carter Brown Library Fellowship

The Carter Brown Library Fellowship is for novels or nonfiction work “by academics, independent scholars and writers working on significant projects relating to the literature, history, culture, or art of the Americas before 1830.” Open to novelists and filmmakers, etc. The prize is a fellowship of several months with a $5000 stipend each month, totaling $20,000 plus housing.
