Pitch Madness is a Periodic Blog Pitch Contests for complete and polished manuscripts.
Summary
Pitch Madness is a contest where authors submit a form on Brenda Drake’s Blog that includes a 35-word pitch for their book and the book’s first 250 words. The pitches are compiled and sent through slush readers, who then choose the top 60 entries to participate in the contest and join teams. Afterwards, agents get to compete for their favorite entries according to a yearly game theme. Follow Pitch Madness on Twitter using the hashtag #PitchMadness. Pitch Madness is also followed by the Twitter pitch contest #PitMad, but the hashtags are separate.
