ENDING: William Foster Harris Prize (Youth/College)

The William Foster Harris Prize is for short stories by high school students or college undergraduates.
Submit short stories up to 1000 words (for high school students) or up to 2000 words (for college undergraduates). The prize for each category is $500. This event is run by the University of Oklahoma’s Gaylord College and it ends at noon on March 1st, 2017.
