The Penguin New Crime Novelist Contest is for completed crime or thriller manuscripts. Submit a 5000 word sample, 3-page cover letter, and 600 word synopsis. For unpublished UK or Ireland authors only. Prize is a £20,000 advance on a standard Penguin publishing contract.
