ENDING: Lee & Low New Voices Picture Book Award (Diverse: PoC)

The Lee & Low New Voices Award is for picture books up to 1500 words by previously unpublished authors of color. Books must “address the needs of children of color.” Prize is $1000 and a standard publishing contract.
