The Bethesda Urban Partnership Essay Contest is for short stories, poetry, or personal essays on any topic by residents of Washington D.C. and nearby select counties (maximum 4000 words / 21 lines/ 500 words respectively). Various prizes from $25-$500 and publication in adult and youth categories.
