The proposal that gets the most pre-orders in each category earns $500\, and a collection of publishing houses will choose a $500 winner in each category as well. Note: FWE does not normally promote voting or campaign contests but in this case it seems like those aspects of the contest are handled in a more serious and fair capacity\, and an exception has been made. \nMore info here.
