DESCRIPTION:This scholarship is for non-New-England authors hoping to attending the Muse and the Marketplace Conference in Boston. Entrants must live outside New England states (Massachusetts\, Maine\, Rhode Island\, Connecticut\, New Hampshire\, and Vermont). Write a small 500-word essay on why you want to attend Muse 2017\, in addition to providing a 5-10 page writing sample. The winner will become the first Visiting Writer to the conference\, earning a prize that includes full conference tuition of $530  and a travel stipend of $500. \nMore information here.
