ENDING: Plethora Editor’s Choice Awards

The Plethora Editor’s Choice Awards is for romance* short stories and poems of up to 5000 words by any author outside India. Prize is the equivalent of $140 in each category.
*Originally I thought this contest was open to all genres, and thus the correction here. It is for romance only. Apologies for any inconvenience.
